By pairing childhood imagination with everyday adult moments, Disney+ shows that the dreams sparked by these stories stay with us for the rest of our lives.

Through social carousels, print, and real-world activations, we trace the through-line from a child's favorite character to the adult they grew into, proving that every "mundane" grown-up choice still carries a little magic.

We’ll bring the magic of becoming to life through print and OOH for a kids’ job fair hosted by Disney+. Inspired by the idea that the stories we love as kids shape who we believe we can become, the campaign shows how the dreams sparked by Disney characters stay with us for a lifetime.
DISNEY + KIDS JOB FAIR
Your favorite villain taught you ambition. Your favorite princess taught you grit.
Disney+ didn't just give you something to watch, it gave you someone to become.
We’ll have a job fair for kids who dream of being princesses and princes, can meet their favorite character and can discover what their favorite characters have grown up to be after the story gets told.
We’ll turn childhood fantasy into real-world inspiration. A princess becomes a politician, a prince becomes a firefighter, an adventurer becomes an astronaut - showing kids that there’s still magic in every future they choose.
At the Disney + Kids Job Fair, children can step into the future alongside their favorite princes and princesses through interactive photo cutouts and imaginative role-play.
Kids can pose with “before and after” character cutouts that show the journey from beloved fairy tale characters to their future careers -revealing the magic of who they can become.
The experience continues with dress-up stations and pretend-play activities, where children can try on different professions and explore careers alongside their favorite characters as doctors, scientists, bakers, astronauts, leaders, and more. It turns the dream of “when I grow up…” into something they can see, play, and believe in.
